Hi my name is Claire and I’m a Registered Diploma Vet Nurse. I am mum to Lachie and Olivia as well as to my fur babies Bella, Ebony and Louie and of course stand in mum to each and all of your fur babies when they come to visit us. I have a huge passion for my job as a vet nurse, individual patient care is paramount to me. I especially enjoy anaesthesia and surgical nursing, in which I hope to do further studies.

Outside of the clinic I soak up my spare time with my husband Alex, our kids and friends most of the time it’s outdoors or doing something sporty. I also enjoy upcycling things, being in my garden (usually always catching up on overdue weeding), cooking and of course mums dance nights out with my friends. Fitness, wellbeing and setting myself challenges is really important to me. I enjoy working out, running, swimming and a bit of yoga.  I have done a few duathlons and local running events and in 2021 I completed the Huka Extreme swim, which was amazing and scary at the same time but I will definitely do it again. I look forward to assisting you and caring for your fur babies. Fun animal fact, I have had 2 pet pukeko, 2 ducks and a walrus. Just joking I’ve never had a duck!
