I graduated from Vet Nurse Plus in Auckland and moved to the Hawke’s Bay in December 2024 to join family. I have been focused on everything animal related since I was young and jumped at the chance to study as a vet nurse.

I love caring for animals and meeting all the fur balls that walk through the clinic doors. Doesn’t matter if they are in for a routine check or a day stay.

I live with my senior tabby cat, Pipsqueak, who loves to sass over everything under the sun and is by no means quiet in any way. She is constantly telling stories about how she isn’t allowed to have dinner for every meal of the day, despite wanting it.

I was glad for the opportunity to work with Taradale Vet Hospital and put my much studied Vet Nursing skills to the test. It was also exciting to finally get into my dream job after constantly looking.

Outside of work I am relaxing and spending time with family and loved ones. I am also helping out my grandmother on things she can’t do at her older age.
